Today we baked Chocolate muffins with a little twist to it, Lemon cream. Baking muffins is getting easy and easier to make because we been practising ever since the beginning. Our result of the Lemon Cream didn't turn out as we wanted it to, because we added too much lemon into the cream. Well next time we know how much lemon will go into the cream.

Today’s Reflection
Today we achieved our goal by following the correct method also mixing the right ingredients.
The result of our chocolate chip muffin came out the way we wanted it to be. Golden brown!
The importance of making our muffin was to learn how to mix dry and wet ingredients
and scoop it out onto the muffin cups that were on tray. After all we done a pretty good job.
