WALT: How to keep healthy and strong
- Keep Fingernails clean and short by trimming and cleaning it.
- Have a shower daily, morning and night.
- Keep your hair neat and clean by combing it, and also ask your parents to check your hair for nits and lice every Friday.
- Wash your hands before and after meals.
- Cover your mouth with your hands or if there's a tissue by you used it when coughing and sneezing.
- Brush your teeth everyday in the morning and night.
- Keep ourselves warm.
- Exercise everyday and be healthy and fit.
- Be Healthy and Eat Healthy food
