Maths - Carries Cube
Maths today was fun and interesting, because we were given a math equation about a large cube and figure out how many faces. Here is the problem we had to solve...
We had to find out how many three faces were painted in red, in the picture. Mata, Danny Joe and I worked it out using a model, made out of cubes.
For this Maths, we had to get in pairs of 3 and try use our knowlege to figure this out.

Kiwi Can
First day back to Kiwi Can in Term 4. Room 7 now have a new topic and Theme. Our topic is Respect and our Theme is....For Our School.
First, we done the Kiwi Can catch phrase for Respect. After that we went outside for our energizer. The rules for the game is, that there is two tagger sin the middle and each corner has cone with a title. The names for each corner was, Intergrity, Truth, Caring, Honesty. It was a fun quick game.
When we got back inside, we sat in a circle and talked about What Does Respect mean, and How to desrpcribe Honesty to others. After that we got into our activity which is Role Play. We were split into 5 groups. Each group was given a value of the things we learnt. Group 1 was acting out Apreciation. Group 2 was Courage. Group 3 was Perserverence. Group 4 role play was Fairness, and the last group was Friend Ship.
We end Kiwi Can with a game of G.K.Q.
