Chocolate Muffin with Lemon Cream

Today we baked Chocolate muffins with a little twist to it, Lemon cream. Baking muffins is getting easy and easier to make because we been practising ever since the beginning. Our result of the Lemon Cream didn't turn out as we wanted it to, because we added too much lemon into the cream. Well next time we know how much lemon will go into the cream.

1 c of sugar
1/4 of cocoa
1 c of milk
1 egg

Muffin

Today’s Reflection
Today we achieved our goal by following the correct method also mixing the right ingredients.
The result of our chocolate chip muffin came out the way we wanted it to be. Golden brown!
The importance of making our muffin was to learn how to mix dry and wet ingredients
and scoop it out onto the muffin cups that were on tray. After all we done a pretty good job.

  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence

Methods
  • Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl
  • Combine all wet ingredient in one bowl
  • Combine both dry and wet ingredient and mix well
  • Scoop into the muffin tray
  • Bake for 20 min in 180 degrees celsius

Social Responsibility - Capture The Flag

What is Social Responsibility?
It is making responsibility decisions around your behaviour and involvement.

What level were you during our lesson?
I think I was level 2 - 3 during Capture the flag because I was playing fair and being honest, even if I had to put down my team because they were cheating to stay in the game.

What could you do in order to improve your level of social responsibility for next year?
Show more respect to others and also to the equipment used in the lesson.

Ingredients:
3 cubes of Butter
4 eggs
½ of milk
8 pieces of bread
(Syrup on siding)
Step 1
Whisk 4 eggs with ½ a cup of milk

Step 2
Slice the bread into 2 pieces. Each group must have
8 pieces of breads

Step 3
Dip bread into milk and eggs, line it onto the white
chopping board

Step 4
Start frying the bread, until it is golden brown and turn it over.
Put it on the plate and serve with golden syrup.

Reflection
Our results didn’t turn out the way we want it to be,
reason being because we weren’t paying attention to the
instructions that were given to us. But overall it tasted
pretty good with a little bit of syrup added on top. In future we
will listen to the instruction given, and not make it like a PAKUU!
Have a good one.
